Verifying Video has been watched as it is usually easier if prospects have seen a detail videos that has already wrapped the price with value. If they have seen the video then continue with the script. If they have not seen the video then send them to a website. .
Direct Upgrade is getting tuition payment for coaching without going through the Trade Demo.  You could use language such as “for those that know they want to day trade and want to get started and into Company funding most immediately, then we can go ahead and get you started with coaching.  Which program is best for you? (presuming you discussed the programs.)  If they do not want to upgrade directly, but need some form of evidence, then enroll them in the Trade Demo program. .
Demo Enrollment is the signing up process for demo education, indicators, and data.

1. Attending the Lite Trade Coaching session will be considered a completed sale for Lite Sale commission.

Direct Call Enrollment
♦  Direct Sale Approach – If you can get a direct sale that is fine.
 Lite Trade Demo Approach – If the person hesitates and would benefit from the Trade Demo then follow that enrollment process below, that is:
•  Take $50 for the education, as outlined below.
•  Take $46 (or as prorated by the day of the month) for Greenchart as outlined below.
•  Orient the new Lite Member to the overall Trade Demo program.
•  Get payment for the education and the enrollment into the courses, webinars, etc. as outlined.

First Call
♦  Purpose – The purpose of all calls is to get the individual to enroll in our Trade Demo program and then to upgrade into coaching.
♦  First In-Bound or Out-Bound Call – Currently (shortly to change), but when you call, co-create value (why they are interested, what they want to do with their success, etc.) and determine if they have seen the www.TradeCompanyMoney.com/Details video or the Details Video.  This video discusses the program and pricing wrapped in value.  We only want to really talk to people who know the pricing and see value in what we are doing.  If they have not seen the Details Video then verify their contact information (first and last name, state, mobile number, and email address) and email or text them the links (I will send you the email I use).  Make sure to arrange a time to call them back or have them call you to keep things progressing.

Second Call (this process will evolve and you become more familiar with the process and service offering):
♦  Details Video – Again determine if they have watched the details video.  I do this by asking about three questions.
(1) Have you watched two videos?
(2) Did you see the video that discussed the Trade Demo program?
(3) Do you remember hearing the words “Pro Funded” and “Executive.”If not then send them back to the Details Video.  Do not mention price over the phone unless they have seen the Details Video.  The pricing needs to be wrapped in value.
♦  If they appear to have watched the video then the conversation can continue.
♦  Seek to enroll the prospect into the Lite Trade Demo.

Lite Trade Demo Enrollment
♦  This activity is part of the Representative process and should be incorporated as soon as other steps are understood.
.
♦  Trade Demo Enrollment – Seek to get the prospect to enroll in the Trade Demo.  The amount will always be $50 for the education and the data amount will change based on the day.  From the first day of the month it is $46 dollars and is prorated down at about $1.53 a day from there. Complete this for the client.  Just ask them their information.
•  Go to www.DayTradeCompanyMoney.com and make sure you are logged out.
•  Click “Join” and then “Join Now.”
•  Select “Lite.”
•  Use the discount code “only50” to change the price from $449 to $50.
•  Create a Username (use FirstLast name) and Password (use two initials and 1234), e.g. RalphOakeson, Pass – ro1234.  Tell this password to the new Lite member.
•  Discuss that there will be a $281 charged in 30 days, but that you will discuss how they can avoid that fee.
•  Complete the form and click submit.  Complete this form for them.

♦  Greenchart Enrollment – After education enrollment then enroll them in Greenchart (an outside company data provider).
•  Complete this enrollment for the client.  Just ask them their information.
•  Select Greenchart.com Link – At the bottom of the payment page for the education, there is a green panel and truck for www.Greenchart.com.  Click on this.
•  Change the product selection from “Expert” to “Advanced.”
•  Complete the information field.
•  Click on the sentence “What Company Referred You” and it will open a field.  In that field type “DTCM” (upper or lower case).
•  Agree to the terms and submit.
•  Tell the new Lite Member that they will receive and immediate email.
•  Tell the new Lite Member that they will receive their download link, username, and password in an email the next working day.

♦  Orientation To Maximize Trade Demo
•  Go to www.TradeCompanyMoney.info and select “Demo Guidelines”
•  Review the arrow graphic to get that image of how the Trade Demo will work, starting with the “Fast Start” courses.
•  Review the “Demo Guidelines” down to the “Lite Video” section.

 Get Moving On Education:
•  Login – Have the person go to www.TradeCompanyMoney.info and click on the “’Secure Online Day Trading University” then login (login from the above enrollment).
•  Courses – Have the Lite Member hover over the “Course” menu tab.  Explain they should complete the courses from “New Student” down to “Coaches Programs.”  Show them how.  Click on “New Student” and show that there are three courses.  Click on “Welcome” and scroll down to show them there is a video to watch.  Then scroll down a little further and tell them they will then click on the “Welcome” to open the quiz.  Indicate they need to have these courses completed in the next two or three days.
•  Calendars – Have the Lite Member click on “Calendars” and then “Events / Webinars.”  Point out how many education opportunities are made available to them by the Company.  Then have them move to the next day (if today is Friday, they will need to click over to the next week and click on the next week’s Monday items).
•  ONIT – This is a free trade webinar held Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday at 4:00 pm Mountain Time where they can see one of our expert coaches find and place a trade.  This is an awesome way to learn.  Follow the registration instructions.  Before hitting “Register” make sure the time has changed for their time zone as shown in the upper left corner.  Then arrow back (upper left corner) to the calendar.
•  AIT – This is a free trade webinar like the ONIT.  This trades the Pacific markets later in the day.  It starts at 8:00 pm Mountain Time.  Click on this item and then click on “Register Now.”  Register them for the trade webinar.
•  Thursday Advanced Training – This is actual training webinar.  Register them for this.
•  On-Boarding – Find an “On-Boarding “ webinar the next day.  If there none then for now schedule it with me.
•  Rec. Vids. – This is “Recorded Videos.”  Simply have them click on the tab and then the Lite Meeting tab and show them there are dozens of recordings of the Thursday Advanced Meeting they can watch.  These are excellent and some of the best videos we have.  Mention the other videos will be opened to them when they upgrade.
•  Chat – Have the Lite Member click on the “Chat” tab.  They will see three panels.  The first is “Lites” and is available to them.  Explain this is where they can also ask questions. Encourage them to fully engross themselves in the education and get the most out of their Trade Demo.  Mention that they have many opportunities

 Schedule Appointments
•  On-Boarding – Remind the Lite Member of their On-Boarding appointment.
•  Google Calendar – You have been given access to my Google Calendar.  Schedule an appointment on that calendar.
•  Note – As soon as possible we need you to learn to do the On-Boarding and simple software setup.
•  Note – Also as soon as possible we need you to direct the new Lite Member to the 10 Point Trade Video.

On-Boarding (follow in this as soon as we can)
♦  This is the process of loading two pieces of software on the computer.
♦  The Company provides a webinar for on-boarding that can be used, but it is probably faster with more control to learn to do it.
♦   Additionally, the Company On-Boarding only accomplishes part of the process, much of what follows is still needed for trading readiness.

♦  Greenchart
•  See the video about this at www.DayTradeCompanyMoney.com / Login / Rec. Vids. / On-Boarding / Greenchart.  My login credentials are:
•  Username – Ask for username
•  Password – Ask for password
•  This occurs the next day after the Greenchart download link, username, and password are emailed.
•  Get on a remote viewing platform so you can see what the Lite Member is doing (probably use Team Viewer without logging in (keeps it free)
•  Have the new Lite Member do the following, unless the internet connection will allow you to do it remotely.
•  Simply click on the download link, follow typical download protocol and load the software.
•  A box will open that asks for a “Yes” or “No.”  Select “No”  We want the all data.
•  Download load charts:
•  Go to www.TradeCompanyMoney.info then clicking on “Demo Trading” and then clicking “10 Point Trading” and scrolling down to the yellow highlighted Google Drive link.
•  Highlight the 10 charts, and click download (in three dots in the upper right corner area of Google Drive).
•  Find where these charts were downloaded (usually in “Downloads.”).
•  Select the charts, copy or cut, and paste in the C:/Sierra chart (or Greenchart) / Data folder.
•  Have the Lite Member go to File / Open Chartbook and open 4 of the charts.
•  Control Bar Setup:
•  Set up the control bar to have five additional items.  (We will expound on this later)
•  Configure Tools – This is in preparation for trading.  (We will expound on this later)
•  Trading
•  Ideally there will be a time when each rep can also do some simple demonstration trades to get them started.
•  Then refer then to the trade video that will be made.

♦   MT4 Trade Platform
•  See the video about this at www.DayTradeCompanyMoney.com / Login / Rec. Vids. / On-Boarding / Capital City Markets.
•  Get on a remote viewing platform so you can see what the Lite Member is doing (probably use Team Viewer without logging in (keeps it free)
•  Have the new Lite Member do the following, unless the internet connection will allow you to do it remotely.
•  Go to www.CapitalCityMarkets and select “Register”
•  Set to “Personal.”
•  Complete fields.
•  Use “StandardUSD.”
•  Submit the form.
•  Scroll up and write down the username and password.  That will be needed later.
•  Go to www.CapitalCityMarkets and select “Client Area” (the software may take you there).
•  Add the “Client ID” number (not the email) and log in.
•  Click the black box on the far left that states something like “Get On My Computer.”
•  The software will download, and then just follow typical installation processes.
•  Setup Charts:
•  Right click anywhere in the orange field to the upper left and select “Show All.”
•  Go to the green plus sign below the “File” menu tab, select Forex, and individually download the following charts:
1 – EURUSD  (245.2)          4 – AUDUSD  (  59.2)          7 – EURGBP  (  20.1)          10 – EURCHF  (    9.6)
2 – GBPUSD  (  68.3)          5 – EURJPY   (  30.8)          8 – USDCHF  (  17.6)
3 – USDJPY   (  64.7)          6 – USDCAD  (  28.0)          9 – NZDUSD  (    9.8)
•  Create a template for chart style:
•  Maximize one chart (they will all then maximize).
•  Right click on the chart area and turn off “Grid.”
•  Right click on the chart area and select “Properties”
•  Change the background and foreground colors to what they want.
•  Change the candlesticks to have uniform colors.  That is the “Bar Up” and “Bull Candle” need to be some tone of the same green and the “Bar Down” and “Bear Candle” need to be some tone of the same red.  Close and save this.
•  Right click on the chart area and select “One Click” trading.
•  Click on “Charts” in the menu and then select “Template” and then “Save Template.”  Save the template as an “A” followed by their initials then “Template 1.”  For example “A RWO Template 1”  This will put it to the top of the template list.
•  At the bottom of the chart area there will be tabs of all the loaded currency pairs.
•  Click on each currency pair and then go to “Charts” and select “Template” and select their template and convert all the charts to their template standards.
•  Trading
•  Ideally there will be a time when each rep can also do some simple trades to get them started.
•  Then refer then to the trade video that will be made.

♦  The 10 Point Trade method is simple and effective to get the Lite Member into some successful trades.
♦  We can discuss this at a different time, but this is something that should be accomplishable as other reps are providing trade support.

Upgrade Into Coaching AFTER being a Current Lite Member
♦  You go to www.DayTradeCompanyMoney.com.
♦  Make sure you are logged out.
♦  Click “Join” and “Join Now.”
♦  Select the upgrade program of “Executive” or “Pro Funded.”
♦  Put in the “Discount Code”
•  Codes for Discounts – 100off, 200off, … 1000off for $100, $200, …, $1,000 off.
•  Codes for Increased Pricing – 100on, 200on, …, 2000on for $100, $200, …, $2,000 more on the price.(Note – for the increased price codes they are currently off by $100 lower.  Use the next higher code if needed until fixed in the next day or so).
•  Discounts will cause commissions to be reduced by 15% of the discount.  Additional charges are a new feature and are expected to be given 100% to the sales persons involved at normal commission splits.  For example it is expected that if Kim sells a program for $17,000 then the additional $1,000 will go to Kimberly.  Expected meaning, we need to see this go through once or twice.
♦  Note about current member status:
•  Current Lite Demo Member – If the person previously signed up as a Lite Trade Demo Member – Add a “2” to the front of their email address so the system will set up a second account.  The system is clitchy around adding dollars to a previously established account.  For instance, if the email is john@gmail.com then type in 2John@gmail.com.  The staff will clean this up later.  The email is not verified and we will send a receipt for “docusign” verification.
•  Not Previously A Lite Demo Member – Use their correct email address.
♦  Complete the information.
♦  Complete payment information.  The Company only accepts:
•  Credit and debit cards (make sure the person calls their bank and asks for the transaction and daily credit limits to be raised for the amount needed.
•  Checks be they personal, cashiers, or other checks.  Send the check to Trade Support, 2889 W. Ashton Blvd, Lehi, UT 84043 (there is a suite, but I will get it to you.)
•  No electronic transfers.
•  There are no refunds.  That means absolutely no refunds.  You do not have to mention this, it is just the policy of the company.
•  The company will take payment off multiple instruments, for example a couple of credit cards, a check and credit card, etc.  If needed we will charge a card for incremental payments over the next days, for example $5,000 on Monday, $5,000 on Tuesday, and $6,000 on Wednesday to get the full payment.  This will count as a single payment (possible commission complications if the payments go over to the next month.).
•  The Company will accept 2 payments at day 0 and day 30 or 3 payments at day 0, day 30, and day 60.  This will cause commissions to be reduced by 20% and 30% respectively.
♦  Submit.
♦  The sale is not complete until the new upgraded member “docusigns” a form stating they paid the fees or something.  Just tell the new Member to watch for this in the next business day.  It is a manual process that a staff member will send out.  Commissions will be earned when this statement is signed.
♦  Advise the new Member to be thinking when they can work with one of our coaches.  They need two days a week, such as Monday and Wednesday, Monday and Thursday, Tuesday and Thursday, etc.  we can do Monday to Friday and other arrangements if a coach agrees.  These are one hour meetings each.  The Company will contact them to inquire about this coaching.  It will take 2 or 3 days for a coach to reach out specifically.
♦  If the new upgrade was a Lite Trade Demo Member then instruct them to continue to trade.

The Purpose Of Each Step:
Language is important in agreeably moving a prospect forward in the Live Demo enrollment and upgrade into tuition paid membership.

Words And Intent – Each word should be supportive to the next step in this process:
♦  Your initial contact – To get them to view a video (Intro Video or more importantly the Details Video).
♦  The Intro Video – To have a person see the Details Video.
♦  The Details Video – To get a person to enroll in the Live Demo Trial.
♦  The Live Demo Trial – To get a person to upgrade to Tuition Training (Executive Funded or Pro Funded).

Additional Context
Intro Video – The first contact from a marketing point of view. A fun short video to develop enough interest to draw them through to the full program video or the Details Video. .
Details Video – The first video to invite a prospect to see if they call and have not watched a video. They have talked to you and so they do not need the Intro Video. This is the first most important action they need to take, for a couple of reasons:
♦  It introduces tuition pricing while being associated with value.
♦  It reviews key aspects of our program features and benefits (live trades, one-on-one coaching, company funded accounts, etc.)
♦  It is a longer video and show they have enough interest to get through the video.

Live Demo – This is the most powerful influence for upgrade to tuition based training and membership. Experience will be the motivating factor for their tuition based upgrade. That is acting in their own self-interest based on winning experience.

Reps Are Critical
Reps are a critical role in the image and growth of the Company.
♦  There is something admirable about a company that reaches out to interested individuals. People notice that and feel the individual attention.
♦  Interested prospects need to be guided through the process of gaining awareness through information, then by Live Demo experience, and then encouraged on to training and trading.

Follow Up Calls, Texts, and Emails

Follow Up By A Call, Text, Or Email – A call is the best form of communication. A text often reaches them more directly as it can be answered while they are doing something else (such as with their family, in a meeting, etc.) and it is less invasive and feels safer as there is a little separation with it. Email is probably the third most responsive form of communication, but you can use it to convey a larger message. I often will email and then send a text telling them to check their email. You are encouraged to text and email as part of your routine.

Mass Emailing And Texting – This will be a function of Trade Company Money. It is a challenge to do legally and technically. Those that respond to the mass emailing and mass texting will be put on the Google Sheets active prospects list.

Reasonable Effort Per Contact – Make a reasonable effort with each contact to make contact and move them through the video and Live Demo Trial. There is no responsibility to exhaust all possibility with a contact. If you sense the contact is not responding then move on to a fresher contact. We will trickle market to the unresponsive.
