* – Commission minus typical promotion deductions. Deductions are 15% for Rep Commission and 30% for COD Commissions. For example: $500 promotion is $75 for the Rep and $150 for the COD commission. This will be proportionally applied for the amount of commission earned. Essentially everyone receiving a commission participates in the promotion deduction. The discount is already considered for the Commission Swap examples.
(1) The COD commission swap program is a special program and sacrifice to the COD and unique only to this particular COD, to help people enter into coaching or a marketing agency license. The following apply:
♦ Good for those seeking to use Rep work to upgrade into coaching or a COD license.
♦ Commissions will be retained by the parent company in credit for coaching or a license.
♦ Up to 25% of the commission may be requested for personal use, leaving the remaining to build for coaching.
♦ If coaching is not entered within a year from start (outside other arrangements), then the Rep will receive the normal Company Rep Commission (see below) and not the COD Commission.
♦ This program can be used for a total of $25,000 for coaching and a total of $25,000 for the license. At this point a person could be COD and making the full COD commission.
(2) Rep program based on commission. Essentially:
♦ The Rep earns based on what they do.
(3) Rep program is based on a wage plus commission.
♦ No wages or commissions are retained.
♦ This program is not operating at this time, but may in the foreseeable future.
(1), (2), and (3):
♦ Reps must have completed their own Lite Demo Trial so they know what they are calling about.
♦ Reps will need to take steps to become proficient at teach step before they can engage in each step.
♦ There is expected to be regular weekly activity showing enough consistency to drive progress.
♦ There should be regular upgrades towards coaching, such as a monthly or every other month upgrade.
♦ A lack of communication, vanishing for more than a month, etc. may terminate participation in this program.
♦ Commission and wages paid weekly, but it is a manual process so it may fluctuate a little.
♦ It is expected that a Rep will meet with a Lite every other day or the next to maintain regular progress towards upgrading.
Call To Upgrade Process And Numbers
♦ Commissions are paid within two If a person provides a lead and they upgrade, then that is a $200 commission.
♦ A Rep should call and sign up a 1 Lite Demo Member every 2 hours. You need about 3 to 4 Lites for an upgrade. Let’s say 4, so 8 hours devoted here.
♦ The signup process takes about an hour and the second appointment takes about an hour. So steps for 4 Lites, this is 4 hours.
♦ Historical and live market trading takes two hours for each Lite. Consider that 3 Lites will choose to continue. That is 6 hours of trading.
♦ The Upgrade process takes about 2 hours over short calls while they gather tuition. So consider about 1 Lite here, so about 2 hours.
♦ This results in 20 hours of work for one upgrade, or 8 + 4 + 6 + 2 = 20 hours.
♦ It takes about 3 – 5 weeks to actually get the funding from people. If the Rep stays involved and encourages the Lite Student, this can be moved more to the 3 week side of the upgrade. No commissions retained.
Rep Commission Math
This is just an example of Rep commission and not intended to be exact number, but simply to show the principle.
The Rep is expected to have completed the Demo Trial with sincerity to very much know and have experienced the system. Having completed the Demo Trial, the work of the Rep is to then simply repeat that process with others. Keep the following in mind:
♦ There will be some training and guidance.
♦ There are videos and recorded calls to help.
♦ Mainly this is just having a normal call that puts the other person’s interests and desire first, followed by a little discussion about the Demo Trial and program. Then simply invite them to sign up as a Demo Student. The small $10 hurdle should not be much of a barrier.
♦ I have taught Reps from a few minutes to three weeks (5 days at 6 hours a day). The result is the same. It simply takes making the calls and doing the work to get proficient. So that will be the focus.
It is exciting to have you working as a Rep at the level of activity you wish. The important thing is to get started, stay active, and stay in communication. Too little of any of these will simply make being a Rep not viable and not available.
